Strong corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of our products mainly comes from the zinc layer evenly covering the surface. The thickness of the zinc layer is generally 50-200g/m², which can effectively isolate moisture and oxygen in the external environment from direct contact with the steel mesh, thereby avoiding oxidation and rust.

High strength
The Galvanized Steel Screen are made of high-strength low-carbon steel or high-carbon steel as raw materials and are manufactured through fine weaving technology. The steel mesh itself has a high tensile strength, usually up to 400-500MPa, and can withstand large loads.

Excellent wear resistance
The zinc layer on the surface of our products not only improves its corrosion resistance, but also effectively improves its wear resistance. The protective film provided by the zinc layer can reduce the friction of external substances on the mesh and reduce wear.

Long service life
Because the zinc layer can effectively protect the steel from oxidation and corrosion, the service life of the hot-dip galvanized steel mesh is much longer than that of ordinary steel mesh. Even in an environment exposed to wind, sun, rain and erosion for a long time, our products can maintain their structural stability and functionality.
